Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Support team,

 

I had bought an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5525 e-All-in-One Printer while  working in middle east (with Serial number: CN35Q16133 : Product number:CZ282C)

Now I came back to my homeland India . Unfortunately, the ink cartridge HP 655 series which i was using for this printer is not available here. Is it possible for me to use the printer with any alternate ink cartridge such as HP 685?

Hi,

You should get a full set of genuine HP 685 Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow cartridges and have the printer connected toa Windows PC or a Mac computer.

 

Next. contact HP Support in India to reset the printer to accept the local ink cartridges form now on.

 

Although the printer is out of warranty you do entitle for free tech support for a such per the cartridges warranty, the easiest way to contact HP would be sending a query to HP Support in India via Facebook, be sure to explain that you have moved from another country with the printer:
