Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to download BIOS image file for HP Scanjet Enterprise Flow 7000 S3 for Hardware issue to resolve USB error

Can you elaborate more?

There are no BIOS files, the firmware is updated with update software.  In a case you get an firmware image how do you plan to write it?
