Can't claim my reward when installing a genuine HP cartridge

When I load a genuine HP Cartridge a "claim your reward" screen pops up, but when I click on it, I am redirected to a website with the following message:

Time for an upgrade

The HP Print Rewards program is evolving to something new! Download the upgrade by clicking below to see what the future of HP Printing has in store.

When I click on the link I am redirected to the Troubleshooting page, no upgrade available!

PS I am from chile, Isn't there a reward program in here?

According to this link, the HP ink rewards program has ended...

Unfortunately, HP did not link this notification on the rewards site, instead folks are getting a new message.
