I see from your post you are having issues enrolling your Printer into the Instant ink program. Don't worry we're here to help you.
As you have mentioned in your post that you have purchased a HP Envy 4502 printer and this printer is not listed in the list of eligible printers. However, this printer falls under HP Envy 4520 Series, so you can choose HP Envy 4520 Series while enrolling your printer.
