Product: HP WebJet Admin
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2008

I'm trying to run firmware updates on xerox devices using HP WebJet Admin. Has anyone had any success with this? I use the firmware update tool to update all my HP Devices so it would be very useful to update my xerox devices as well.

As far as I am aware, WJA only allows management of HP devices, you can see other vendor products but you cannot push out firmware updates. YOu would need the Xerox management tool or just do the Xerox products directly.
