I got this printer last year (Nov 2018) and literary it started to make troubles before even I need to change the original cartridges ( quality is very bad). I thought it because the ink level is low so I bought new ones, installed them but it did not solve the problem. I followed the instructions and did the head cleaning so many times so I consumed the new cartridges but it did not solve the problem. I called tech support and they were helpful

To be honest. this model or the printer that I got was defective but when I contacted the tech support they were helpful and they requested a replacement because it was under warranty

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
