HP LaserJet MFP M281 FDW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Guys,

I have many printers to tackle not just the MFP m281 fdw. I also got a dozen MFP m225dw, HP LASERJET PRO M254NW.

Now my question is how or where we could find the past print jobs in the web GUI? because i think theres none.

Unless you will go event viewer enabling it there.

anyone?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • I'm afraid this option is not available on the printer or the EWS page of the printer.
  • However, You can enable logging under event viewer.

1. Click the "Start" menu and select "Control Panel."

2. Click "All Control Panel Items," select "Administrative Tools" and choose "Event Viewer."

3. Click "Applications and Services," select "Microsoft," choose "Windows", click "Print Service."

4. Right-click on "Operational" and select "Enable Log."

5. Return to this window at any time to view the log. Items marked with ID307 are documents that have been printed.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
