Product: HP deskjet 3634

Recently bought Tesco ink 302 for my printer and it doesn't recognise and says there is no ink in them. I've tried all the videos online and nothing. Is there a way to bypass this so I can use this ink. I don't want to buy another as it is brand new and should be working

Please check with Tesco, you cannot expect HP to take responsibility for a defective 3rd party ink cartridge.

The back of the packaging states it will work with HP. Apparently HP have blocked other ink being readable but there should be a way to change settings - I’m just not sure how
