Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A while ago I bought a hp photosmart c309a for my mother at home because her old printer din't do the trick anymore. Recently I discovered that this printer can be setup on my network. when I tried to configure it was stuck on the setup screen. I did a little bit of research and I saw that my network SSID for the printer is hpsetup and i can't change that. I really want to connect the printer to the wifi so I dont have to walk to the printer every time.

Can someone help me ?

Hi.

Please power off the printer and unplug its power for a minute, then plug it back and turn it back on.

Next, follow these steps to connect the printer to your wireless network using its Wireless Setup Wizard and install the printer software on your computer:

Please let me know of any problem,

Like I said in my problem the setup is stuck in the loading screen

Try selecting Setup > Network > Restore Network Defaults and confirm, then check for any difference.

If the same persists try printing a Wireless Test Report from the Network > Print Reports menu, what exact failure is shown?
