Product: HP Pavilion Desktop - 550-166d
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was unable to find the burner software for my new PC HP Pavilion Desktop - 550-166d. May I know this model does not comes with burner software? I try to find in recovery software but could not.

 

So, I download Cyberlink Power2Go Software from :

However a message pop-up :This software can only be installed on a Hewlett-Packard system"

Any reason why?

 

Is there any burner software could be install in my pc? 

I am an HP employee.
