LaserJet CP1525nw color
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have downloaded the newest software and drivers. It has the latest firmware. I've taken the toner out and blown it out with compressed air. Looked in the back for toner dust on the fuser teflon sleeve. Unplugged, restarted, made sure my paper was for laser printers. Ran it through several cleaning cycles, recalibrated color, put one piece of paper in and opened toner door when it was in the process of printing. Took out black to see if I could see and toner on blue cylinder. None of the things I tried have solved the problem. Toner is about 3/4 down. It printed fine with this new batch of cartriges for quite a while.  I am past my warrarnty.

The amount of toner the printer say it has is only an estimate. Your defect looks to me like the black toner cartridge is bad. First thing I would do is replace the black toner cartridge as it should solve your problem.
