Not only the error message is shown and the magneta color indicates ? , but the printer is making this ridiculous noise.
I am not sure for if the previous user had this problem before because I just started working here. Please need any help out there.

My printer is an HP CP2025 printer. I replaced the Magenta toner and get the following error: " 10.1002 supply memory error ". I tried re-seating the toner, tried initializing and then powering down and re-powering up the printer and still get the same error. Please provide an answer as the printer won't operate at all with this error present.
