Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

 

Our Printer show this error message if i start the printer: 13.00.ff

I remove the cassettes front &back and the toner cartridge

clean the printer with high pressure air

but the error does not go away

 

We print only 100 Pages with this printer !

According to service manual this is a generic error and could be any sensor. Best to run sensor tests. On control panel of printer go to support tools>troubleshooting>manual sensor test
