I have change the other fuser unit but still jam and also appear error code ' 13.05.00 '

Where does the leading edge of the paper stop when you get the error code?
There is a possibility the paper is not getting to the fuser on time which would indicate a problem with the paper feed assembly.
This could also be a problem caused by the DC controller.
You can even click both buttons. . .
