HP MFP M775
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have a problem with HP MFP M775 Error 30.03.30.

I replaced Scanner unit, SCB controller and ADF assembly but  nothing help.

And of course the last firmware.

Printer works for 2 hours and then back to the error state.

Please help,

The error code indicates:

The scanner control board cannot communicate with the flatbed scanner motor.

Was the Scanner you installed new?

Check that the flat cables in the scanner are laying down correctly, in some models they can lift and cause this error.

HP has instructions for this error code which include reseating the Formatter, there is a slim chance the Formatter is causing the error:

As indicated by others, this is a scanner motor error and the fix stated in the manual is to replace the scanner. You may have gotten a second failed scanner. I would also check and confirm that you have a dedicated 15 AMP circuit for this printer. They draw a lot of power on startup and when printing and a weak circuit can introduce lots of issues.
