Hp laserjet 4345 mfp
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer doesn't operate.

It's 4345 hp laserjet mfp. When i tried cold reset nothing happened. The hp logo is flying on the screen . I can't print or photocopy. Because i didn't reach the menus 

Please help me

There are many steps you need to take to completely diagnose what is going. First, remove the formatter and attempt to start the unit and print an engine test. There is a small hole on the back of the machine that contains the engine test button. Make sure you have paper in tray 2 or engine test will fail. With formatter removed, power on unit, wait a couple of minutes and then press and hold the engine test button to see if the printer ejects a page with lines on it. If it does, then the problem likely lies with the formatter. Removed the modem, reinstall the formatter and with only the power cord attached start the printer and see what happens. If it still will not start, I would suggest that you should try initializing the hard disk.
