Laserjet Pro 400 - M451dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My LaserJet Pro recently stopped printing in color. Only black for a while. I tried all the suggested settings and all were correct. I tried shutting off the printer and ended up reinstalling the HP Software and driver. The printer worked for a short time but then went back to no color ouotput and eventually no print at all. The cartridges are HP and have plenty of toner. Even the demo page delivers a balank page. There was a popup window that appeared in my HP Toolbox trying to authenticate the cartridges but keeps displaying a Cannot access the internet message (there is no internet issue) and then asks to retry. I don;t know if this is related but I am totally frustrated. I would go out and buy a new printer except that I have $400+ in extra cartridges that will not work in the present replacement HP equipment. I need help!. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

if you print demo page directly from M451's front panel and get just the same as what you said then you may have a so called sticky solenoid problem.

Check here and hope it hepls.
