49 Service error

Hello here,

i’ve tried several times with or without cartridges. Still doesn’t work…

if theres no repair services, do you know a good printer (equivalent) who work with the same cartridges ? I bought for 250€ of it…

Same problem since today : error 49 loop.

I changed outlet and did a factory reset (error 49 appears when countries are displayed).

No luck.

There is probably a firmware bug (20190401).

There were 2 errors on startup : a toner reused and.. no paper left in the tray.

It restarted by putting paper. 😅 

I spent 2 hours disconnecting wifi, emptying printing queues, moving from one room to another with this heavy printer (because of other's wifi) and did a factory reset..  but check paper left in the tray before !
