Hi @ZZZAJ,
This is a fuser warm up failure.
1. Turn the product off. Remove the fuser, and then reinstall it.
2. Remove Fuser and check fuser connection to printer, If it is damaged, Replace the fuser assembly (read before replacement) .
3. If connector on printer is damaged replace Fuser Wire harness
4. If the error persists, replace the fuser assembly (read before replacement) .
5. If the above does not resolve the issue, Replace the LVPS or/and DC Controller
Regarding the noise, try doing a component test and actually try verifying that it comes from the fuser motor test. If this is the case remove the fuser drive assembly, inspect it for any damage and replace it if need so.

3. Error message (if any)
