You know, I thought about doing a cold reset while I was there. But nobody said anything about that.

This printer isn't exactly across the street. It's a trip from here. Needless to say, they are very anxious to have it working.

Is there anything else I might have to do to get this card to work?

I have been mulling this over. Have you tried connecting to a different port on the switch using a different cable? Reviewing your problems you could have a communication issue. In some cases I have found that leaving the network card in DHCP mode causes issues. I would also not rule out a possible duplicate iP address issue.

Yes, I've been thinking also. I'm going to bring an extra router & cable with me to exclude the run-of-the-mill Comcast crap. If the cold reset doesn't swing it, I'll be prepared with other options.

After the cold reset - everything worked as it should.

Thank you!
