Could you scan as JPEG and then attach it.

Hello,
There seems to be a Print Quality Issue.
Please try the below steps ...
On the printer control panel,
1> touch Settings, then
2> touch Tools, then
3> touch Clean Printhead / Cartridge
The printer would prrint a Print Quality Diagnostic page, check if all the color blocks are solid and does not have any streaks. If there are streaks in the color boxes ( including Black Box ), perform the above steps not more than 3 times.

Hello,
Try the clean Print head/ cartridge once more,
Then try to align the ink cartridges, am sure it should work.

Hello,
It seems that Black is not being printed in Alignment Page, due to which alignment process is not being successful.
I'd suggest you to ignore the Alignment and continue printing.
When ever the printer prompt to Align, you may press the Cancel button and continue printing.
