I am an IT professional and have a user with a issue whenin she recieves the "59.F0" error intermittently when appempting to print. It happens on multiple HP printers within the office, and she is the only user who experiences this issue. We've already replaced her printer, computer, uninstall/re-installed the drivers.
After some research it seems that error is associated with hardware problems (bad censor, fuser, etc) but that cannot be the case given the the user is getting th error on multiple printers, and no other user printing to those same printers is getting that error.
I'm stumped. Any ideas?
Thanks.
