@Soni50, Welcome to HP Support Community!
To be able to provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following:
- Does it print fine on a regular paper?
- Does the print preview look fine?
Try printing a print quality diagnostic report and see if that prints fine.
-
Make sure the printer input tray is loaded with plain white paper.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup
.
The Setup menu displays.
-
Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.
A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.

Keep me posted.
Cheers 🙂

Which tray are you loading the card into?
Try making a copy on the card and see if that comes out fine.
Look up for instructions on how to load the card into your printer in this link.
Check the paper settings and the source in the printer settings window on your PC.
Remove the paper from the tray and try loading in a different tray and try printing.
You can also try root uninstall and reinstall of the printer drivers-
1)In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2) Select your HP Printer
3) Select Uninstall
4) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
😎 Click on the “Drivers” tab
9) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10) Select Ok
11) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12) Close Devices and Printers.
Once the uninstallation is complete, you can download and install the latest software from here.
If the issue persists, try creating a custom paper size on your printer. For instructions click here.
You can try using Windows built-in drivers to see if that makes a difference. To know how to install built-in drivers, click here.
Keep me posted.
Cheers 🙂
