Hello,

I am receiving this message  (ERROR 60.02!) in the following situation:

I had the brand new printer taken out of box, then I followed the instructions. I put paper in the paper tray at the front bottom of printer. It started to print the 'print' sheet for me, and then it said 'paper jam, remove paper'. There was NO Paper jammed. 

Then, when I put the tray back I got the '60.02' error. I restarted the printer 5 times. Please help; i need details

Sounds like it is defective send it back to HP and ask for a replacement.

Sounds like it is defective send it back to HP and ask for a replacement.
