79 service Error

I'm getting an 79 service error, I shut down the router and the message went away. The first minute I plugged the router in, the 79 popped up. It's a comcast router on  M281 cdw and there's an ! point on the printers screen. Is it not accepting my router anymore? Do I have to use an ethernet or usb? 

Any help will be appreciated.

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
