A problem with the printer on screen lcd ready 2 download.

How do I find the solution to this problem

Do not call the number provided here. This user is not an HP techncian. 

 

The error message on your screen indicates that the firmware is corrupted on your printer. You need to connect a computer via usb cable and resend the firmware to the printer. If you send the firmware and it does not appear to take, you may need to change the USB port on the printer driver that you sent the firmware to. Try each USB port until the firmware starts to download
