Product: HP LaserJet m1217 nfw mp
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Went to put new toner cartridge in and a tiny wire at bottom left side fell? I looked it was hanging but fell when I put new one in? Now it isn't printing pages? There was 2 one upper and lower, I don't know why but the lower one has broken and fell out?? Help if any?? Need this for homeschool, or will I be needing replacement? I really don't need this right now, with all this school cost. Thanks in advance... ☹️

Can you take a photo of wire and post here ?

 

It could be contact spring for toner, if it's broken then you are out of luck.
