I also wanted to point out some other steps I took while we are awaiting for you to see the images.
I tried other connection like Wireless, LAN, and USB
I tired also using my wife laptop and connected that via USB and still getting the same type of prints.
So I don't think it has anything to do with systems, or software, or malware/virus, it's either the printer it's has become defective or the toner causing this. As I mention this just happened when I installed a new toner. But I replace the old toner back in and still get the same results.
I bought the extra insurance from Office Depot, so it looks like I will be taking this bad boy in for replacement. But will wait for your review of the image.

Sorry I waitted as long as I could, but would like to know what could have been causing this to happen, in cause in the near future I might be able to assist someone that might be having the same issue. As I have seen in the past from other users already.
Since I purchased the additional 2 year replacement plan with OfficeDeopt, I took the printer and toner back to the store and just replaced the printer.
I have already reinstalled the new printer and don't have any issue. Everything is working out great. So we know it wasnt my computer or software on it causing the issue. and that it was either the printer or the toner that was casuing this to happen. Maybe the firmware, maybe a hardware defect on the printer... But I will say if it happens again, HP will be losing a customer if they cant't seem to inform what the problem is and how it can be fixed....

Let me try and get rid of this gost.If you are printing using a usb cable try another cable also be sure not to use to long cable.Data transfer is suspected in this case.If there is any aircons or electrical interference close to the cables or machine this can also be the problem.Did you maybe move the machine just before this started?Let me know if this helps.

"lease just mark the new printer as a solution to your problem on the forum." ???? Why sould it be marked a as soulation when it hasn't been resolved, other then me having to bay a replacement printner. I have been using the same USB cable for the last 3 weeks with no issue. And yes, it has been moved around for cleaing, around the area.
