Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w

Hi

I bought Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w printer on 05-oct-2019 but it is showing 19-aug-2019 online .what should I do? And how to exchange my product.tell me any solution .how could somebody give an old product .IMG_20191005_213249.jpg

Suggestion given above is correct. Why this happens is due to warranty counter for a device is set at initial ship date plus 90 days. As printers can sit in a warehouse for over a year waiting to be sold, it is possible for the warranty to show as expired. That is the reason the end user is encouraged to register their warranty at time of purchase so that the dates in HP's warranty database are adjusted to reflect date of purchase not shipping date.
