Operating System: Chrome OS

I've used my printer for the last two year to scan to Google Drive, from the main menu I simply select "Apps" and the select Google drive and login.  Last weekend I tried this and got the following message when I selected "Apps".

Access Denied

The service may be busy.

Retry later.

If the problem continues, check for firmware updates.

I made no changes to the printer prior to this, did nothing differently, I use the printer just a couple times a month.  I've tried to update the firmware but none is available.  I've tried powering down and restart but I'm still getting the same message. 

 

Basically I am unable to use the Apps feature and I am unable to resolve the error message.  What do I do?
