Tray 4 is not showing up on print menu.  There was no limit on older printers I had.   Does anyone know if there is a limit for this particular printer?

Thanks,

Hi @CherylK1,

The HP laserjet pro M501dn has a 100-sheet multipurpose tray (tray-1) and a 550-sheet main cassette (tray-2).

You may have only ONE additional 550-sheet cassette tray (tray-3).

See the below link under Paper Handling:

I hope that helps,

Cheers!

That's what I was afraid of, but couldn't find anything specific.

Thanks,
