Good evening everybody. I have a problem with one printer at my work. It was delivered from another office without information about admin password. So I need to reset it without visiting the Administrator page on screen (cause I haven't password). How I can reset it in another way? maybe factory reset of printer from somewhere?) Thank you in advance.

You need to enter the Pre-boot menu and perform a partial clean. This will wipe out all settings on the printer. Power off the printer, power on and touch the HP logo immediately when you see a black line appear under the logo. If you see the count up 1/8, 2/8 etc start you have missed the magic moment and will have to try again. Once in the preboot find partial clean under the administration menu.
