Unable to install the printer , error message given is:-
An fatal error occurred preventing product use, Click 'cancel' to cancel install.

14.) Download and install the printer software from this link: Click here
Note: Connect the USB cable ONLY when prompted and follow the on-screen instructions.

I have follow the instruction given by you but unfortunately I still receiving the same error message. Please advise

@kengloong76 The best way to resolve issues with the windows driver installation is a clean installation of the drivers and here's how you do it:
I recommend you to follow the below steps to resolve this issue.

@kengloong76 I suggest you uninstall the driver software again and this time, make use of the windows built-in drivers using this link: Click here for details.
And this should resolve the issue.
