The printer had a paper jam which we took out. The attention light continued blink. We then continued to troublshoot and no luck. I followed the instructions to unplug the printer and the light continued to blink. Now its stating that the toner cartridge is missing. We replaced the toner cartridge, the attention light continues to blink.
I've made sure that I unplug the power source from the printer and the wall. The power source is directly to the wall not a power strip.
