We have had our printer for awhile now and we love it.
Something has happened and the auto duplexing isn't working anymore.
I want to turn off the Manual Duplexing, but I can't figure out how to do it.
I have followed the steps found here http://hp.care/2lEMdTe and the problem has not be resolved.
How do I turn off the Manual Duplexing?
Thank you.

It seems as the driver is currupted.
I suggest uninstalling the HP Software from the Control Panel > Uninstall a Program, then download and reinstall the latest software and drivers:

Hi,
Make sure the Automatic Duplexing option is enabled:
Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.
Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.

Thank you for the instructions.
When I click on Printer Properties, I get an error message.
Function address ..... caused a protection fault.
(exception code 0xc0000005)
Some or all property page (s) may not be displayed.
That is as far as I can get.
Any ideas?
