Hello,

 

before my "Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277DW" printed the front and back sheets automatically. Now this function no longer works. The print is only manual. How should I restore this function? Please help me!

Hi Claudio94,

 

First, try to uninstall completelly your printer's drivers. Then re-install the latest driver and see if that fixes the issue automatically.

 

Secondly, go to devices and printers screen and right-click on your printer driver and then select printer properties.

Then go to device settings tab and under the installable options check if the duplex unit is installed. If not, click on uninstalled to make it installed.

I am sorry, I have tried all of this but this it doesn't work. When I click on options, I can see only "manually". What can I do now? 😞
