We use the HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M476DN in our office with both Macs and PCs. Lately when printing, we are getting black streaks on both sides of the page we printed, even if is single sided. We did cleaning cycles, and cleaned the rollers, but are still getting pages like the attached. It's getting progressively worse.

I concur with first answer, your black cartridge has failed.
