Recently black lines are appearing on left and right side of the page and some text is getting repeated.

I have tried Hard Reset it does not helped .

Also lines appears after photocopying.

My ink cartridge is partially filled and have tried rotating it to redistribute ink.

Please help me to sort this out.

Lines on left and right and repeating text (ghosting) are all signs of a failing fuser unit. There is a small possibility that the toner cartridge is bad, but less likely. If you rub the marks does toner come off on your hands? If so that us another indication that the fuser is not doing it's job.
