I have an issue with my LaserJet P2035n all of the sudden printing small black dots down the right side of every page I print. Doesn't matter what it is, word doc, pdf, excel sheet. We did recently install a new copier/printer at our office and they started appearing after that. But this is on my personal printer at my desk. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you either have a bad fuser, or a bad print cartridge. Some type of contaminate has gotten onto your toner drum, or the fuser roller.
If your printer has a control panel, print an internal test page directly from the printer. This will rule out the software or your network as a potential cause
with control panel
Print the information pages
1. Press OK.
2. Press the down arrow to select Reports, and then press OK.
3. Press the down arrow to select the required report, and then press OK to print.
wihout control panel (this should work)
Print the information pages (HP LaserJet P2030 Series Printers only)
You can print the following information pages.
Demo page
The Demo page contains examples of text and graphics. To print a Demo page, do one of the following:
● Press the Go button when the product Ready light is on and no other jobs are printing.
● Select it from the Print Information Pages drop-down list on the Services tab in Printer
Preferences.
If it is a regular repeating dot that is spaced equally down the page, it's almost 100% one of these 2 things. If you have an extra cartridge on hand, you can just swap out the cartridges to check, or simply try another open cartridge from a different printer if anyone has the same model.

This is wrong.
I had this problem and return a perfectly good brand new cartridge based on this bad advice.
I ran the Cleaning Page utility that is avaiable in the machine and it cleared the spoting.
Some cartidges may require this when you install them.

Agreed. I just had the same thing happen on my HP m477fnw office printer. After having the same issue and seeing this, I was contemplating options between "pull out the toner and try to clean it" and "call HP to have it fixed". Looking on my printer control pan, I found under "Setup" -> "Service" a "Cleaning Page" option. I ended up running it 3 times, each one made the dots get less and less until on the 3rd time they went away. In between each test, I printed out the ink status, so I could see the dots.
