Product: HP laserjet 1005
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

When I print or photocopy from my ho laserjet 1005 printer it's print only black print on paper not any character

Change toner cartridge first to see if it helps even the old one is fine if you have it on hand.

If nothing change after replacing toner cartridge you need to have someone pro fix it for you.
