I am getting blue dots on all my pages when printing.  I have tried and cleaned the printer but it is still happening.  How do I get rid of these.  My cyan still has 60% remaining

If you have only cyan dots then likely there is either a defect on the cyan drum or something stuck to it. You can remove the cyan cartridge and look at the blue/green drum on the bottom. If you see debris, you can try to remove it by lightly brushing with a piece of paper, being careful not to scratch the drum.

That doesn't work.  I have seen many posts on this issue and not any real good solution to this.

If the dots are all cyan then it is a problem with the cyan cartridge. If this is an OEM cartridge you could contact HP support to see if they will replace the cartridge under HP image quality guarantee. go to support.hp.com and open a case.  Measure the distance between dots (measure from start of first dot to start of second dot), if 2.48 inches that is the drum. .89 and .93 are also rollers in the cartridge.
