When printing in color I get this light blue line that occurs on the right hand side of the page. It's darker near the edge and grows faint towards the printed part of the document. It's a vertical line that runs the whole length of the page. I printed out a quality report and it's still present. I believe this indicates it's a hardware issue, rather than software. Is there some roller or part that needs to be cleaned? Can you provide a link to instructions?

Thanks!

By the way, this is only when color printing. B/W printing there is no blue line on the right hand side.

Thanks, David...it worked...bummer, though, that I wasted half a cartridge...but way less of a bummer than those constant blue lines!
