Hi everyone. First post here and hope someone can help! Thanks in advance to anyone who can.
We have a Laserjet Pro 300 color MFP M375NW. Does anyone know of a setting on the web interface which will enable / disable bonjour over a cable? It works wirelessly but not over a network cable. Couldn't see anything for this online so far.... It seems to be enabled in the network overview (networking > advanced).
Any thoughts much appreciated.

Hi,
Did it worked with your network in the past or may you had any network change lately?
What is your router brand and model? to make sure your router supports Bonjour connectivity.
Make sure your printer have its latest firmware installed:

Note: HP Support currently going through some technical difficulties, try again later if the support site fails to load.
Also, please make sure your router's firmware is up to date.
