The buttons on the screen stopped working. I can access all screens, options, go back, home, and help, but cannot select OK, Copy, Scan, Settings, Cancel, Close, etc that appear at the bottom of the screen to select next steps.

 

Device says there is no Firmware update, has not occurred since last year; Software is up to date.

Try a power reset of the printer.

With the printer powered ON, unplug the power cord for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and power the printer back ON. Once it's ready, see if it works correctly now.

You must do a software update. If it does not work if you have a warranty you will use it
