Product: C410 series printer

My C410 series colour printer will not feed paper.   It will not accept the paper to do a test print.  There is no jam, but after trying a while, it flashes the orange "jammed" light. Have powered on off, have taken out and fanned out paper, lessened the number of papers to 10 . Ideas?
