Hi, dear support, could u tell me, does the fuser unit CF367-67906 have warante period of working(e.g. amout of printed copies). We have 1 HP LJ M806, recently change a fuser unit with a new one, whitch is died after 75k of copies. Is this is ok, or we could exchange this unit with a new one from HP?

Hello Kotavr. This forum is made up of mostly volunteers. You will want to contact HP directly by phone for this issue. I believe the warranty for LLC (Long Life Consumables) is 90 days. This part may be considered to be under warranty if the M800 series copier you have is under warranty, or if you purchased this part within the last 90 days.
I would contact HP directly for a premature failure of your M800 series fuser. You will need the serial number of your copier, the configuration page, the supply status page, as well the proof of purchase for your copier or for the fuser.
you can contact HP support by phone at 1-800-334-5144, or you may need to use a different phone number for your specific world region. You may also contact the vendor you purchased the fuser from to see if they will warranty it.
