All of a sudden all my colour printouts came out hazy.  I did the recalibration multiple times, slight improvement but still not fixed.  I replaced one toner cartridge and it didn't seem to fix it.

Can i salvage this printer?

Run a Reset Default from front touch panel -> Service -> Reset Default.

Recalibration if needed.

Upload the document what's your printout will be helpful.

I didn't even have to do a recalibration afterwards.  It did it as a part of the Restore Default.

Thank you so much!  (All the stores - obviously motivated by a potential sale said it wasn't salvagable)

It's off warranty by years so HP wouldn't do anything and i could only find suggestions to keep recalibrating it. I have lots of toner left so didn't want to get ride of it.  Plus it wasn't cheap initially.

Thanks again!

You made my day and now I can use the money elsewhere.
