After I changed the toner, CP1025NW will only print in black.  It doesn't even print the colored items in black - it just doesn't print them at all!

Let's start by updating the Printer firmware. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

Next print a Quality Diagnostic Page and let me know if the colors are printing

  1. Press the Power button to turn on the product, if it is not already on.

  2. Load plain white paper into the input tray.

  3. On the product control panel, press and hold the Resume button () for 2 to 3 seconds. The product prints a configuration report and a supplies status report. Keep the supplies status report, as you might need it for further troubleshooting.

  4. Check the color alignment bars on the configuration report.
