Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Paper was jammed and I removed tray. Once I fixed the jam, I cannot get the tray to go back in. Has anyone had the same issue? Can you help? There's got to be something I'm missing.

Thank you for posting your query on this forum, it's a great place to find answers.

 

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to put the try back in after removing it to clear the paper jam.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I checked the specification of your printer and see that you need to place the tray on its place and push it inside. Please refer to the below images.

 

  1. Pull out tray 1 and place it on a flat surface.

    Figure : Pull out the tray

  2. Remove the jammed sheet by pulling it straight out.

  3. Replace tray 1.

    Figure : Replace the tray

  4. Press the Resume button to continue printing.
