HP Recommended
Product: Color LaserJet CP1215
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Colors are not aligned. Most help recommends download "HP Toolbox" but links no longer functional. Ran HP print and scan doctor but it does not address this issue.

On the printer go to the setup menu and then choose the print qualifty menu and then choose calibrate color and choose calibrate now and the printer will perform a calibration.

Thx for the reply, but... this printer has no display only buttons, so there is no setup menu on the printer.  I have searched the HP support and found no key combination to start the calibration process. lots of talk about HP toolbox but I have found no place to download it. Any other suggestions, Help needed.

Only suggestion is to try the full feature load from the Windows 7 at the link below since it probably has the toolbox included.

This doesnt't work. Even though I'm able to isntall the software, HP Toolbox doesn't see the printer.

 

Anybody from HP to answer this?

If anyone is interested, I ended up installing Windows 7 on a separate drive, to get back the control over the printer, that HP Toolbox software gave.

 

I can print under Windows 10, but can acess the calibration settings only under Windows 7.

There is no panel to communicate with the printer!
